Hi I'm Mark. I'm a UK trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (Post graduate Diploma). Together we will work as a team to identify and evaluate the effectiveness of the thinking and behavioural patterns that are taking you away from the life you would like for yourself. We can then develop and implement a strategy to let go of these unhelpful patterns and replace them with new ones that will bring you closer to a rewarding, meaningful and value-led life.
