I’m a humanistic oriented therapist from Sweden with British professional background. With a deeply client-centred attitude, my role is to support you in transforming the aspects of your experience that might feel stuck, confusing and/or overwhelming, and together to work towards an expanded sense of authenticity and thriving. I support this by offering an accepting, curious and valuing therapeutic presence, and by staying close to my own vulnerability as a listening and feeling fellow person.

Both in my counseling and coaching work, some of the commonly explored topics include managing self-doubt, imposter phenomenon, people pleasing, difficulties of saying ‘no’, loneliness and isolation – and working towards building confidence, finding authenticity and purpose, mastering self-esteem & boundary setting, as well integrating identity & belonging. Whether one (or more) of these topics are present within the context of your relationships, career, or just life in general, we will aim to explore the ‘who’ behind the ‘what’: the unique, creative, resourceful and whole you behind the challenge, in order to find ways to not only overcome the specific challenge but also celebrate and empower the whole of you.
